Mouth-watering Micheladas

Spice things up with these mouth-watering Michelada recipes just in time for the summer. If your beer fridge is stocked with Hazy Wonder and DayTime, then we have some options for you. For those of you who choose to #DrinkWithoutDrinking then we’ve got a Michel-nada recipe for y’all too. We just hope you’ll have enough lime and Tajín to go around!

Petaluma TapRoom Michelada

Featured Brew: Hazy Wonder

Fixings:

  • 1 12oz can of Hazy Wonder
  • 4-5oz Clamato Original Tomato Cocktail
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • 2 dashes soy sauce
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 1 dash dark chili powder
  • 1 dash cracked pepper
  • .5 TSP minced garlic
  • ¼ jalapeño, deseeded

Instructions:

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass.
  2. Sprinkle a tablespoon of Tajín on a small plate then dip in that glass to dress up the rim.
  3. Combine jalapeño, and spices in blender with Clamato, puree until smooth.
  4.  Add ice to glass.
  5. Fill glass with Clamato mix then pour in Hazy Wonder to the top.
  6. Garnish with lime and lemon wedges.

Sriracha-lada

Featured Brew: DayTime Session IPA

Fixings:

  • 1 12oz can of DayTime
  • 4oz Clamato Michelada Tomato Cocktail
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 dashes of Sriracha sauce
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Maggi
  • 1 lime wheel
  • Tajín

Instructions:

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass.
  2. Sprinkle a tablespoon of Tajín on a small plate, then dip glass in to dress up that rim.
  3.  Add ice to glass.
  4. Add lime juice, Clamato, and sauces to glass.
  5. Fill the rest of the glass up with DayTime.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Tamarindo Michelada

Inspired by Big Mich

Featured Brew: DayTime Session IPA

Fixings:

Instructions:

  1. Dip the rim of your glass into a chamoy rim dip.
  2. Just dip glass into the Big Mich Dab Salt tin.
  3.  Add ice to glass.
  4. Add 4oz of Big Mich Tamarindo.
  5. Fill the rest of the glass up with DayTime.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge.
  7. Take a sip for a bold tangy mouthfeel!

Fixings:

  • 1 12oz can of IPNA
  • 4oz Clamato Tomato Cocktail
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • 2 dashes Maggi
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Tajín
