A note to our community…

These past weeks at the brewery have been an emotional few, and our hearts go out to everyone that has been affected by the Northern California fires. Through it all, we’ve seen so much strength from our friends and family in helping each other… it’s been truly inspirational. We’ve been working diligently on a plan of our own to help our Sonoma, Napa, and Lake County family and are here to share with you.

Our friends at Russian River Brewing Company and the King Ridge Foundation, along with our friends in the greater brewing community, are creating signature beers under the Sonoma Pride name with proceeds going to the victims of the fires. We’ve teamed up with Santa Rosa’s own Moonlight Brewing to create a Sonoma Pride lager that will be ready in 3-4 weeks, with all of the proceeds going to the relief effort.

We'll also be brewing a second beer with Moonlight to be distributed throughout the state of California, and we will donate our profits from this beer to the Redwood Empire Food Bank ( http://refb.org ). Additionally, one dollar from every beer sold in our Petaluma, Chicago, Seattle, and Azusa TapRooms will be donated to REFB.

Our friends at the Redwood Credit Union have established a North Bay Relief Fund, which you can donate to at https://www.redwoodcu.org/northbayfirerelief. We’ve donated $100,000 to the fund and hope that our contribution helps those in need.

As always, if you are hosting an event and want to turn beer into money for the cause, we’re beer for you. Our donations gurus (we call ‘em the beer fairies) have been busier than ever, but they always say yes. You can request donations of all shapes and sizes on our website at https://lagunitas.com/donations/non-profit.

Finally, we will be hosting a charity concert in the following month at a large theater in Sonoma County. Our music team is working ferociously on getting the details for this event in ink, but we will release more information when we know more.

Thank you for supporting us through our 24 years of brewing, and it is an honor to do everything we can to help support our tribe in these trying times. Together we can do it, cuz together’s all we got.

With all of the love in our hearts,

The Lagunitas Brewing Company

New Community Initiatives

We are announcing a set of intense local alliances with very special local brewers whose work we admire and are proud to partner with. They are four completely different partnering and situations and in concert we will learn from one another and help build our breweries together culturally and geographically.
