WTF is alliaceous? Well, many may hear brewers describe their beers as OG. That refers to the spicy, oily-umami onion and garlic (both in the allium family!) qualities that hops often bring into beers. Simcoe and Altus both bring a big OG kick to the base StereoHopic beer for an über-classic West Coast IPA experience.
