Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program Terms
Last Updated: June 16, 2025These Terms of Use (“Terms”), together with the terms governing your access to and use of our websites and mobile apps, as applicable, govern your participation in The Lagunitas Brewing Company’s Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program. These Terms form a binding contract between you and The Lagunitas Brewing Company, if you are located in the United States Territory (as defined below) (as applicable, “Lagunitas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our websites and mobile apps are, together, referred to as the “Site(s)”.
By signing up, accessing, downloading or by otherwise participating in the Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program, you agree that you have read and understand these Terms.
These Terms include and are subject to the terms governing your access to and use of the applicable Site(s) (the “Site Terms”), for example and as applicable, our Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, except where prohibited by applicable law. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Sites and by signing up, accessing, downloading, or otherwise using the Sites after changes are posted, you agree to the changes.

Age Requirement: You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to access, browse, download, or otherwise use the Sites. The Sites are not intended for anyone under the age of twenty-one (21).

Geographic Scope & General Requirements
The Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program (“Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program” or the “Program”) is operated by us in the 50 United States and District of Columbia (the “United States Territory”).
We reserve the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Program, and/or all or any portion of guidelines pertaining to the Program at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the changes which may be accessed through the Site. Your continued participation in or access to the Program confirms your acceptance of these Terms and any changes or modifications to these Terms. You should review these Terms and our policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your enrollment and participation in the Program.
The Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program is intended for individual use only. Commercial use is prohibited. To participate you must be a legal resident of the United States. Enrollment and participation in the Program is complimentary and voluntary. -
Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program Account
Your Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program account is personal to you, and you can only have one Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program account. Your Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program account and any associated rewards cannot be sold, transferred, assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others.
If we discover that you have more than one account, we reserve the right to terminate any and all of your accounts, and you shall immediately forfeit all rewards upon such termination. You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Without notice to you and in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms or the Site Terms, that there has been fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity on your account, or for the performance of routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction or for any other purpose. If we terminate your account, you shall immediately forfeit all associated rewards.

Availability
The Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program is currently only available at Lagunitas’ TapRoom located at 1280 N McDowell Blvd, Petaluma, CA 94954 (“the TapRoom”), for purchases of Lagunitas-made products at the TapRoom only (e.g. no wine, cider, or anything else that may be sold that does not bear the Lagunitas brand). Rewards will not be granted for purchases made at a different on-premise account or for transactions conducted at an off-premise location.

How to Enroll & Communications
To begin earning rewards when ordering a full-size brew made by Lagunitas or other products that are eligible (including but not limited to brew flights made by Lagunitas) (“Eligible Items”), you can enroll in the Program through the Site(s). You will not be able to enroll through any other means and you will need to agree to these Terms to enroll and participate in the Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program. Please note that Eligible Items may change depending on availability and at our discretion.
As a condition of membership in the Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program, you will be required to provide your name, date of birth, and a valid email when you enroll. We, our affiliates, and our and their respective designees and service providers will use your valid email to contact you about your account and rewards, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Earning Rewards
As a Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program member, you can earn a stamp on all Eligible Items that you purchase at the TapRoom.
When you buy a full-size Lagunitas brew, brew flight, or otherwise Eligible Item at the TapRoom, you will receive one stamp per purchase of a full-size Lagunitas brew or brew flight. You are then permitted to ‘stamp’ the purchase on the Site by scrolling through the list of brews on the Site and choosing the “Stamp” button. Once you collect four (4) stamps, you are eligible for a reward that will be stored in the “Rewards” section of the app. As a reward, you will receive a coupon for a $2 future brew. This $2 coupon is only redeemable beginning on the next business day after you receive the reward. For the avoidance of doubt, if you receive your stamp on Thursday, then you can redeem your $2 coupon reward beginning on Friday. Some exclusions apply. You cannot earn rewards on purchases outside of the Eligible Items. Taxes, tips, donations, fees, bottle and can deposits, and bag fees (or bag taxes, as applicable) are also excluded and ineligible for rewards.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Rewards are not a gift certificate. All rewards are promotional, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or converted to a gift card balance. Except for redeeming rewards in accordance with these Terms, rewards have no value and may not be exchanged for cash or otherwise.

How to Redeem Rewards
You may redeem your coupon in the “Rewards” section of the site by clicking activate. You may activate the coupon at any time, but once activated, you will have ten (10) minutes to show the bartender the countdown clock. The bartender will confirm the coupon is activated and redeem your reward. Your reward may be redeemed in the TapRoom on the purchase of any full-size brew made by Lagunitas or other products that are eligible (e.g. teas, seltzers, etc. made by Lagunitas).
If a reward has been redeemed, it will no longer be valid for future purchases.
A notification may be sent to your email or via text message to the phone number provided upon account creation to inform you when you have been awarded a reward that you can use on a future qualifying purchase.

Suspension & Cancellation
Without notice to you, all earning, and redemption activities shall be suspended on Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program accounts that have been “frozen” due to actual or suspected fraudulent activity, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
To cancel your membership at any time, please contact us at Lagunitasspeaks@lagunitas.com. Your membership in the Program will be terminated within thirty (30) days and, subject only to any notice that may be required by law, all rewards will expire and become void upon the date of termination.

Expiration of Rewards; Termination of Account
Rewards earned through the Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program Member Account transactions expire after sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the reward coupon. If you don’t redeem your reward by the pre-identified expiration date, the reward will expire; it will no longer be valid; and it will be deducted from your account.
Without notice to you, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account in the event that your account is inactive for more than twelve (12) months.

Combining Reward Offers
If you have earned more than one reward on the Site, limit of redemption is one coupon per day. Rewards cannot be combined with other rewards (e.g., you cannot use two $2 coupons in one day).

NO WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS IN THE SITE TERMS, THE SITES AND SIP N’ STAMP REWARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THE SITE TERMS, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AMOUNT OR KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT TO OR BE INCURRED BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ENROLLMENT IN OR USE OF THE SITES OR SIP N’ STAMP LOYALTY PROGRAM.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any and all claims (including but not limited to third-party claims), demands, complaints, actions, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, fines, costs, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your enrollment in or use of the Sites or Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program. We reserve, and you grant to us, the exclusive right to assume the defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

General
You have no ownership interest in any rewards. Use of the word “earn” in marketing materials in relation to the Program shall mean “collect” and shall not infer that any rewards have any value until they are redeemed. Rewards may not be purchased or sold and are not transferable except as otherwise stated herein. Despite our efforts to ensure accuracy, errors occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time even if it affects pending rewards or balance in your account.
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and other statements contained in any related materials or advertising, these Terms shall prevail, govern, and control.
These Terms, including the Site Terms, constitute the entire understanding between you and us with respect to the subject matter of these Terms. These Terms, the enrollment in or use of the Sip n’ Stamp Loyalty Program, and any claims, controversies, or disputes related to or arising therefrom are governed by the body of law in, and will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of, the Site Terms.
We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any delay or other failure to perform under these Terms that is due to causes beyond our control or the control of third-party fulfillment providers, including without limitation acts of God, terrorism, civil disorders, labor disputes, shortages, riot, war, strikes, acts of a public enemy, acts of any government, country, territory, political division thereof, or government agency, fires, floods, earthquakes, blizzards, other extraordinary elements of nature, epidemics, pandemics, acts or omissions of third parties, telecommunications failures, Internet failures, and similar causes and events.
