With over a year of exploration under our brewers’ belts (which is a lot in people years), we’ve forged a dank, crisp, full-bodied, Non-Alc brew that makes NA anything but an acronym for compromise.
Mouthfeels
*Slaps IPNA’s label* This bad boy can fit so much craft flavor in it. But what are you getting without the alcohol? A piney, dank bolt of Citra, Mosaic, & Columbus hops, nestled by smooth and caramel notes of English crystal malt and Canadian 2-row barley. Sound familiar? it’s because we use the same ingredients to make our IPA. The only difference is that we pull this one before all the flavors get too mature to create a distinctly clean and satisfyingly flavor-forward Non-Alcoholic IPA.
This Non-Alcoholic IPA uses the same ingredients found in our highly-balanced IPAs (hops, malt, yeast & water), and thus the same deliciousness, but brewed without the ceremonial fez & ancient incantations that normally take it over the edge. Leaving it just less than .5% alcohol.
Beverage Specs
ABV
0.50%
Beer math on ABV (Alcohol By Volume) is pretty straightforward… the Higher the ABV, the more alcohol in the beer. No rocket science necessary.
IBU
20
Generally speaking, a high IBU beer will have a more bitter taste than a lower IBU beer.
OG
1.00
The OG measures solids in the wort before fermentation to consistently arrive at the same alcohol content of a beer. Pretty neat, huh?
*Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet.

Herbal
The hops present an almost tea-like herbal note in this non-alcoholic offering, showing off the range of what our hops can give us.
Lemon
While aroma cannot itself be tart, your nose might try to tell you otherwise with strong lemon zest notes making your mouth water.
Hedgerow
While this descriptor could come off strange, it is more reminiscent of a sauv blanc; with clean, fresh-cut hedge flavor, edging into bell pepper/pyrazine.
Another January, another pledge for an alcohol-free month. We have all been there. Yes, that includes those of us who work at breweries (in fact, maybe especially those of us who work at breweries!)
