Petaluma Brewery Openings


Primarily responsible for grain transportation to brewery. This position will also be required to transport and deliver other Lagunitas’ products as scheduled and in a timely manner, adhering to all State and Federal transportation laws and regulations. Required to operate multiple types of equipment (including generator, forklift, high lift grain conveyor, air compressor, etc) to offload grain from railcar at point of pick up and upon delivery. Monitors fill levels of trailer to ensure reaches maximized levels with minimal grain loss. Prepares trailer for transportation and provides timed deliveries to the brewery to keep grain silos full.
Qualified applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience driving commercial trucks; be proficient in federal & state trucking laws and regulations; have knowledge of weight distribution between axles to comply with weight limitations; have experience driving, backing up, and maneuvering multi-rear axle trucks into tight loading docks, in heavy traffic, and down narrow streets; must show valid proof of insurance, have a good driving record, and maintain a current CA Class A driver’s license; and must be at least 25 years of age.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to successfully pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam pre hire and again every two years. Must participate in and pass a Past Employment Drug & Alcohol Background Check and enroll in DOT required drug & alcohol testing program. Must be able to sit for long periods of time, steering, shifting, & driving large vehicle. Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend.

Chicago Security Openings

SECURITY GUARD (part-time)

Responsible for providing for a safe and secure environment for Lagunitas staff and the public, serving as a deterrent to unsafe or poor behavior by patrolling the facility, monitoring for unauthorized presence or conduct, enforcing company safety/security policies, intervening in physical encounters, monitoring security cameras, monitoring visitors and reporting unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions and assisting management and/or public officials with emergency or investigative situations. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1 year prior experience as a security guard, be CPR and first aid certified, and have certifications and/or previous training and experience in conflict management and negotiation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving, professionalism, ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems, thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and fluency in English & Spanish, is desired.

Physical Requirements:
Work environment includes indoor production and office environment; outside in the elements and inclement weather conditions; surfaces and environmental terrain include carpet, tile, wood, concrete, asphalt, grass, curbs, uneven gravel and dirt; uneven ground surfaces. Surfaces can be slippery with water, ice, or snow; maneuver safely up and down flights of stairs multiple times a round or shift. Stairs can be inside or outside. Also able to navigate up/down hilly terrain, over curbs and other obstacles; Ability to lift, carry, push and pull; Majority of shift is spent standing and walking.

Chicago Warehouse Openings


The Warehouse Warrior is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, prepping and loading outgoing shipments, and unloading product and material. This position utilizes and operates material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand lifts to move product, while ensuring that the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment is practiced and upheld in accordance with good warehouse practices.
Qualified candidates must have experience in operating forklifts and hand lifts to move, convey, or hoist shipments; experience in shipping and receiving is preferred. The ability to work with minimum supervision with an emphasis on organizational skills and attention to detail and the ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends, holidays and overtime is necessary. A valid proof of insurance, good driving record and a current valid State issued driver’s license is required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and move 165 lb kegs and various point of sales boxes on a periodic basis. Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend repeatedly throughout shift and tolerate outside summer/winter temperature and inclement weather conditions.
