Job Duties:
The Packaging QA Technician provides quality services and technical support to our 24-7 packaging operations. This position monitors packaged beer fill level and adjust the filler to ensure compliance to specification; analyzes packaged beer samples for Total Package Oxygen (TPO), Fill level, CO2 and adjust filler to ensure compliance to specification; monitors crimps on packaged product to ensure adherence to specification; visually inspects packaging line for cleanliness before, during and after operation; utilizes Gehaltemeters and inline meters for dissolved oxygen (DO) monitoring and troubleshooting; monitors and record daily results from testing and inspections for use in identifying trends and report generation; and investigates packaging quality challenges and problem areas and provide constructive solutions.

Qualifications:

Job Duties:
Brewing’s a lot like growin’ a beard…it doesn’t stop. We need Brewers for Swing & Graveyard shift who will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of wort production in a Rolec 250 BBL BrewHouse, as well as transitioning the batch into fermentation. You don’t necessarily need a beard, but you must have the ability to complete a variety of brewing calculations, a strong working knowledge of CIP, COP, and sanitizing principles, able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment, and a strong knowledge of craft beer and the brewing process. PLANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Duties:
There are movers and there are shakers. We want a mover who can keep things from shaking. More like a mover and groover, the Plant Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance to production equipment with focus on keeping our new, state of the art brewing and packaging facility at peak operational performance and efficiency, always considering safety and quality as top priorities.

5 years of industrial maintenance experience in the food or beverage industry or 2 year technical degree plus 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in the food or beverage industry. Brewing or high speed carbonated beverage packaging experience strongly preferred. Experience with troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Ability to use precision measuring equipment and special tools.

PACKAGING LINE OPERATORS

Job Duties:
There’s love in every bottle. And it’s not just from the Brewers … You’ll be adding to it by efficiently and safely operating bottling line machinery while maintaining high level of quality assurance for the Craft Beer cases produced. Troubleshooting machinery if goes offline and portraying the Lagunitas brand through hard work and a strong sense of urgency in a team oriented environment. Must have mechanical aptitude, 6 months previous experience working in a warehouse, production, or brewing environment, and be at least 21 years of age. Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules including weekends, holidays, and overtime is required.
