Develops and executes consumer marketing programs that fit the context and framework of the Lagunitas marketing strategy. This includes developing and managing all aspects of on-site and off-site consumer, retailer, community and brewery events. The Regional Marketing Manager encompasses a deep understanding of the local markets and consumers’ needs and serves as liaison between the Regional Sales team and Brand Marketing team to ensure Sales has all necessary tools, materials and information such as POS materials and sell sheets. Also responsible for events and donations department budgets; evaluating and reporting on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI. Oversees all Marketing teams in the East.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in sponsorship or event marketing and production, preferably in the CPG industry. Demonstrated, strong leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years managing teams remotely. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a Marketing concentration or equivalent; Experience working in Field Sales, preferably in the craft beer industry; understanding of three tier system and Alcohol Control Laws; Thorough knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; and a passion for Lagunitas and the craft beer industry. Demonstrated capability to cultivate strong relationships within a team and throughout an organization; Proven ability to think strategically and creatively in developing marketing strategies, tactics & initiatives; Outstanding organizational, planning and project management skills; and excellent verbal and written professional communication skills. Results-driven focus and a tenacious work ethic with the drive, resolve, and urgency to accomplish targeted goals while also demonstrating integrity and mature judgment in handling all matters.
