The Creative Team Project Manager collaborates with the creative team and wider marketing team to plan, organize, manage and execute integrated marketing programs that fit the framework of the Lagunitas marketing strategy. Project scope can vary from simple collateral needs to multichannel marketing campaigns. Reports to Integrated Creative Marketing Director.
Partner with senior creative team to project manage major integrated marketing programs; develop timelines, deliverables and responsibilities to execute these programs. Develop short, mid and long-term creative plans for brewery taprooms that support overall brand objectives. Manage corporate creative marketing projects. Manage agency relationships and consultants in the development and execution of integrated marketing programs. Maintain project specific budgets. Foster positive and collaborative relationships between creative department and marketing team.
5+ years of experience working in marketing communications in the Consumer Packaged Good industry or in an account management role on the agency side. Understanding of design related processes such as printing, production, photography and video. Ability to keep projects on time and in budget and hold team members accountable to timelines and deliverables. Passion for Lagunitas and the craft beer industry. Hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Excellent proactive problem solver. Strong communication skills, time management and sense of urgency. Ability to multi-task and handle several competing initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines. Extremely organized and possesses an eye for detail. Travel approximately 10% throughout the year. Work is (not so) typical office environment.
